Track 2
Indoor Ski Resort
(It appears I have missed the chance to disembark the chairlift…)
KINARI-SAAAAAN!!! I’M SOOOO SORRY! CHONG MEK!!!1

Chong Mek. A Thai town situated near the borders of Laos.
It’s honestly really impressive that you remembered the name of a town we studied for our study trip…! Anyway, for now, let’s slide back down the slope and meet up with Azekawa-san.
Mm? But, uh, ain’t that…?
What’s up?
The lift Kinari-san’s sittin’ on… It’s a bit tilted to the side, ain’t it?
Huh?

——Kinari begins to tilt on an angle

Why though...?
(I have arrived at the base. I spotted Isotake-sama and Nanamegi-sama making their descent, so I decided to wait, although…)
Stop right there!
? Is there anything I can help you with?
You’re hiding something under your clothes, aren’t you? Bring it out!
?
The lift wouldn’t have tilted the way it did if you weren’t carrying something. Plus, judging from your appearance, you don’t look that heavy…
No, the reason for that is…
Is there a good reason why you can’t take it out? Don’t tell me it’s something dangerous…?!
Excuuuuse us! Comin’ through! And absolutely nooooooo touching is allowed!
I can attest to the fact that Azekawa-san is not carrying anything dangerous! Definitely!
Wha.. What’s with you kids? Do you know this person?
Yup, we sure do! Also, fun fact! Under all his drip, Kinari-san is RIPPED as hell! Straight up JACKED at one hundred kilograms, yo!

!
Yeah, that’s right! He’s the kind of person who looks much thinner with clothes on!
Uh-huuuh…? I mean, I guess there are people like that…
Once more, your prompt support and assistance have been invaluable. As a token of thanks, I have bought some canned oden2. Shall we consume them as we take a break?
Is that really okay…? Thank you very much. We’re also really sorry for leaving you back there on the chairlift.
That is not a problem. However—
Isotake-sama, how were you able to tell my weight with such accuracy?
Whaaaat? I just threw around 100kg at random, but it’s actually FRFR…?
The machinery and parts used to operate within my body is generally much heavier than human organs.
I see… Now that you mention it, that does seem to be the case.
Ohhhh! So that’s why you can go zooooooom like crazy….
However, I have now learned that such speed stands out in the eyes of others. I shall regulate my pace and go slower next time.
In that case, maybe I should just chow down on this oden so I can keep up with Kinari-san’s speed!
Yup. Let’s go have our revenge once we get on the chairlift.

Yes. I am in your care.
While Akuta screams the name of the town out, there’s no actual reason for why, aside from personally assuming that it’s on random or he’s initially adding to the suffix he used. (チョ) Either way, I didn’t know how to incorporate that, so I left it as is.
Oden is basically a hotpot sort of dish, mainly with dashi broth, fishcakes, konjac, boiled eggs, etc. Canned oden does actually also exist. Having these guys snack on them was a reference to how Nanaki and Akuta were in the Oden group during their elementary days!
